The Help Children Foundation was founded in the Federal Republic of Germany in 2010 as a legal, public foundation of civil law, and was approved by the legal authority, the government of Oberbayern, on 14.12.2010 under the number 12.1 – 1222. 1 STA 41.

The Help Children Foundation is managed by the Finanzamt Fürstenfeldbruck under the tax number 117/110/92473
